Services Provided

• Doorstep waste collection for:

• Digital weighing and payment systems
• Recycling services with possible buy-back offers for valuable items

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking details (address, waste type, timing)
• Follow segregation guidelines
• Pay fees for:
  • Rejected or non-recyclable waste
  • Special services if applicable
• Maintain respectful communication with staff

Payments

• Charges are based on:
  • Waste type
  • Quantity measured digitally
• Payments via:
  • App, website, digital wallets, or cash (where permitted)
• For recyclables:

Booking & Cancellation
